?Troy Riggs is a phenomenal administrator, he's a good person, a good family man. I wish him well. I think he will do a fantastic job.? Is it me or did anybody else notice there was absolutely no reference to his experience and/or ability as a police officer? It seems to me that he has been on the "fast-track" his entire career; perhaps too fast to take the time to do any policing. Ah, to be ambitious. Good luck in Texas, just be careful what you wish for.
