Interesting this is the first I heard of Grant's title.....MELTON, GRANT (MCD/VIDEO UNIT). I never knew that, I bet the two assigned to the video unit didn't know they worked with Grant. He has an office on a different floor that the video unit. Don't think anyone in MCD has seen him shoot video or collect video... WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT! Put officer's on the GOSH DANG STREET WHERE THEY ARE NEEDED!
