All i can say is Why Bit$# ???? Everyone know's this department is Fuc@#$ up right now. Who care's if he implements another one of his policies, that is nothing new. Draw your paycheck and that's it. Let a crime wave swoop over this city of parks, just as it did in Greensboro NC while under Chief White, then they will want the police to do something. Another policy--lol, nothing new to me.
