During the last legislative session thre was a bill proposed to return the mayor's term limits back to 2 terms, limit his powers without council approval and open the books for better transparency in government. The bill never made it out of committee. Now there is talk of Abramson running as Lt. Governor with Brashear. Funny how those things work out. Frankfort politics are just as dirty as local ones it seems. I would rather see a corrupt politician go to jail than anywhere else, but I suppose
