Actually, the Circuit Court IS the next line of appeal, for them, that's where you appeal decisions of the regulatory agency. This won't be over quick, but it will be important to keep it before the public, reminding them that the FFs still don't have THEIR money, and their appeals have all been exhausted. Anyone but me paying attention to the CJ blogs on the subject? EddieM
