Ladies and Gents? The reason that our brothers and sisters in the community do not see what we see, is that WE do not communicate well or effectively outside of our own little world? I speak cop/fire/ems, I know cop/fire/ems, I translate cop/fire/ems ?. They don?t. So, when asked ? OFF DUTY of course ? I always explain in simple terms? I ask them what they KNOW, then I explain to them what I KNOW? I also don?t try to pretend I am in insider, I am not. I am a trained observer ? all emergency services
