Why does their appeal go back to Jefferson Circuit Court? Isnt that where Mitch Perry already ruled in our favor? It went to the State Appeals Court when the mayor didnt like Perry's Jefferson Circuit Court decision. Why can the mayor keep wasting dollars going back to a court that has already heard it? WASTE OF MORE TIME AND MORE MONEY> Seems like we are not in a huge of defecit as we are told if there is money to throw around.
