I agree with you altough I'd say its a persistant problem thoughout our country. I wasnt aware of this person's history til yesterday. Makes me sick thinking that he's not the only one out there and there are some far worse. Unfortunately this is something that we as a society have to deal with and do what we can to put these indivduals where they belong. I just don't think there are enough programs out there to help individuals once in jail to not become repeat offenders. How can someone go thru
