I wouldnt say the whole concept because you blatantly work against the definition of the word. It simply isnt discretion when you know approaching that car that IF its a cop, they get immunity.

Perks certainly are a reality, breaking the law with impunity isnt a perk. I most certainly do not see the absurdity of comparing one law being broken with another. If you want absurdity, use the last comparison given as an excuse, the one how it is nothing more than a waitress giving a trucker a free cup of coffee. Its not only astronomically flawed in logic, but just by price comparison, 1.50 versus what? 125$ or something like that? So, since I dont understand the absurdity of the comparison I gave, please take the time to spell it out for me.

As to whether or not I would give my mother a ticket, if it was a singular incident, then likely I wouldnt. If I knew my mother was running aound committing violations because she expected me to bail her out, then absolutely I would. See, I have integrity, and I choose my integrity over letting a family member walk all over me. I am the only person who has to look at my face in the mirror, (take your shots, I set you up here) and I know that what is looking back at me is something I can live with, well, maybe with a shave.
