the original comment on traffic and how they will have to keep up their ticket stats was mine. Maybe I should have put it like this.....under the current administration traffic cars (unit and division) will not have the option of giving out many warnings as they are in that position to write tickets. Misunderstanding on both our parts. I do agree with you that there are some that put out "information" on subjects when they don't have all the facts. I stay away from that and leave if for others.
