Rumor has it that we already lost, but the FOP doesn't want to tell the membership because of derby coming up. Why haven't we been told that we lost the insurance issue too?

You should NEVER be working on your own time in a car that you pay for - that's just, sorry, STUPID. Keep track of your time and keep submitting it, even if they reject it, because that's another lawsuit with Labor. Keep every single piece of paper that says - no, you can't get paid for that. If it is verbal, immediately document it and send a copy to the FOP to hold. That one, you will easily win, because they MUST pay you if you work, and your policy clearly states you must take action.

The deadline is not overdue. The Labor Board Hearing Officer has 60 days from the time she received the FOP's legal brief. I was at the hearing. There is no conspiracy that i am aware of. It has been approximately 40 days. Then, her supierours have an additional 90 days to make judgement. I do share your frustration though.
