I wondered about that, myself, I knew it had to go up dramatically. Again, as another poster said, the best way to get rid of a bad rule is to actually follow it to the letter. And it isn't 25 an hour if you have to burn an hour or more after you get off work, or get up, get dressed, and drive into town - it's more like 3 or 4 hours just to go to court on a minor ticket.
