But I would suggest start keeping a notebook on your cases so that if they ask, you can check your notes and say - oh yeah, I told them I wanted more but they refused. Put the ball back in their court (pun intended). I'll admit, though, I'd be more likely to stick it out until it goes to the judge, and then put my objections on the record.
