I respect officers more than most. Growing up I wanted to follow my dad and become a police officer. I went through the process twice, got black balled because of my last name. While I'm not an officer, I know of all the BS you have to go through. But, I see more complaints than solutions. My job as a union official, not with the FOP, requires me to make arguments and then a solution to the problem. I know how hard it is for a group to come together, to try to show everyone that while it might be
