3 Oakland cops killed, 1 critically injured; parolee slain in gunbattles

I was so disgusted, and saddened, to read about the officers being taunted. I can't even wrap my brain around that-- much like Officer Hite in Tucson that was not only denied help by passing witnesses, but was then used on a music group's album cover in promotion of "killing a cop for God".
