Saw the new general memorandum about how the dept is trying to get a nations acredidation. What is real funny about this is how the last section tells how it will improve moral and how everyone will be treated faily and the same as everyone will be under the same rules. I really wonder what color the sky is in their world if they really believe that this will change anything about this P.O.S. department with the current leadership and mayor.
