I have called his bluff. I do not believe the IP Spoofer crap. He can always go to another computer..ie..at work..the library etc... but if the crap were to continue we would block that also. If he does meet up with anyone let me know. He said the same thing 2 months ago and never met with anyone. He was even offered a ride along but turned it down. We gave him a 2 week temp ban last time and it calmed him down. I guess he just likes to stir up crap...many of our people tried to reason with him
