2nd Judge Denies City's Request In Take-Home Car Controversy

I think they leave on Sunday and return on Wednesday. The OFFICERs will be driving while the upper brass will be flying (rumor). It will be a vacation for all except one major (Ray) as the rest will not be out there with the officers as it will be too cold. Maybe they will step out if they can get a look at the new president going past them. When they are doing that by turning their backs on the crowds tehy will be violating conditions for them to be there. They are there to watch the crowd not the politicians go by. But that is how they do everything, adjust so it works for them and screw everyone else.
