Has anyone considered that parking the cars benefits the mayor and city more than paying a 100/mo to drive them? If the cars are turned in, a large number will be stored to replenish the fleet as cars are taken out of service. This will allow the city to possibly go two or three years without any capital expenditures for new cars. Yes, turning the cars in may send a message, but it also will save the city several millions of dollars by not purchasing new vehicles over the next couple of years. Fewer
