I am sickened by the upper command, including the chief of this once fine department, using strong arm tactics to bully the bullies. Come on, this won't even work on the streets. Do you honestly believe it will work against 1100 officers that have mastered this technique? You failed. Next? If this alone does not encite emotionalism then what exactly will. Schoolyard politics rule...............The biggest makes up ALL the rules. STAND PROUD FOP.
