To average Joe citizen: These cars are added to our CONTRACT as an economic benefit. For example, a 1st year rookie may make 32k a year ( approx. figure ). You may not make 40k a year but.... you have a take home car that equals 7-8K a year or less. So, these cars are added into our contract as an added benefit and NOW they want to take our money away. We are not simply whining because we NOW have to pay money in hard times but infact losing alot of money and EXTRA money by using this economic benefit
