To those who don't have a civilian car; to go ahead and park now and purchase one would save you the money you will be spending in the future, now. The monthly fee will inevitably go up, there is no contract or guarantees. When the fee makes it impractical to keep the car sometime in the next 2 years it would have been cheaper to have already purchased a vehicle and parked the car.
