here is a heads up for all the people who need the mayors car. the FOP is checking into forcing everyone to turn in the car. the lawyers are looking into 1) the city can not negotiate with individual members. the FOP is the negotiating unit 2) the officers can not negotiate with the city ( same reason) you can verify this through the FOP. i am telling every one this because if you were planning on keeping the car you must make other plans quickly. on a side note i am grateful to the FOP for doing
