Everybody stop and think for just a second. The Mayor and Chief want us to keep our cars, if they didn't they would have already pulled them. They came out strong with the first offer and we balked. The Chief stated how dissappointed he was and his/mayors deadline on a decision came and went. They have made a second run at us and so far we haven't caved in.
