This is my humble opinion. Now i support anyone who is turning in there car. But the fact is that there are some of us for many reasons, divorce, courtesy apartments, or credit issues , etc. that need a little linger than a couple weeks to make huge arrangements to turn the car in . I know that there are some that without the car will have a huge difficulty surviving. So my suggestion is simply this. If you are in a position to turn in your car now by all means do it.
