I don't see the issue...The city is slowly getting rid of the take home program. There is nothing anyone can do about it. He raised it a few months ago and he raised it now. Soon he will raise it to a point where no one can afford it and the take home program will be gone. Until then I think it should be up to the individual and the needs of thier family if they keep the car for the near future. I am not going to make my family suffer over this. If we turn in the cars he will just sell them off
