I have been troubled over this all week since Herr Mayor's edict was deliverd earlier this week. I have talked to my family and friends on the department and was unsure whether or not I could afford to give up my car. My car that I have used for the bennefit of the communuty more so than a personal privelege. I have stopped off duty countles times to help people stranded. I have taken accident reports because there were no beat cars available. I have backed on duty Officers up on robberies and traffic
