The amount of supervisors is due to the merger that our wonderful Mayor asked for.These positions exisited before merger and have been incorporated into the mix. There are no more or less than before merger. The four per shift is an exagerration. Thats like saying there are 45 dispatchers on a shift. There is always someone on a off day or on vacation.
