Park the cars, slow down, call in sick at least 1,2 times a month. If you get ligit sick and go to Dr milk the hell out of it. treat the pool cars like crap to cost city more. leave car runnig as much as possible to use gas and wear it out. leave the hot water running in bathrooms, flush toilet 50 times, leave lights on, screw with thermostat. be gloriously imagnative if you have a great idea share it. this is called gorilla warfare used effectivly against the mighty U.S. by the inferior vietnamese.
