After reading the case law, I think the only thing that might fit the bill, would be the bullet proof vests, which, if worn over tshirts, would negate the need for private changing rooms. Uniforms would be excluded under the premise that you still have to get dressed to go to work, as you dont drive in from home naked. Not a lawyer, im just the truck driver that is everyones favorite attack target.
