It's damn sad. I agree. But at least I figured it out, the FOP is the only voice that has a chance of being heard. That is exactly why I have decided to try to get involved in anyway possible. I for one will put up or shut up. I will be at meetings from now on, in my POV because I will be turning my car in. I will speak my mind and I will offer constructive suggestions. As for the Merit Board it takes a huge amount of time and dedication, and I am running for the position. The truly sad thing is
