Officers treated after meth lab fire in downtown apartment building...

Guys, these labs are nothing to mess with - let the fire guys go in, they are trained and equipped for it. A few seconds in a meth explosion may mean you spend the rest of your life pulling an oxygen tank around behind you - it isn't worth it.

Always keep in mind the immortal words of Billy K.

"If you don't know, don't go."

"Uphill, upwind and at a distance."

Those guys acted as Heroes! Yeah they did not know what they were going into, but we should not be arm-chair quarterbacking. They did what they had to do. Remember Protect and Serve! Brave Officers!

I can't help but laugh at the comments of naive people. Officers injured, police injured....I was there and I wasn't taken to the hospital so how could anyone else have been "contaminated." You know, a reporter doesn't even have to know your real birthday or even how to spell your name right to ******** it up. Whoever believes I'm a cluck, meth-addict, or a coward should keep two things in mind. 1. I've never even seen meth, nor would I know how to make it and 2. You can't really assume someone else is a coward after they spend two weeks in a hell hole like L.M.D.C. for a crime they didn't commit. If I were a snitch wouldn't I have gotten around to it, oh, I don't know, SOONER.

-Joseph Goostree (anyone who matters knows the real story)
