ACLU criticizes LMPD tazer use

don't tell somebody they aren't worth the time to reply and then follow it with a reply. C'mon now. It only hinders all that !!!!!!!! yelling you're doing. And it kinda makes you look silly, really. (I'm on your side of the argument though. Just sayin)

and I mean, not ALL cops get tazed with it before carrying them. Don't smudge the facts like the ACLU does because it only takes away from our argument. Anybody with a little common sense knows this OP is full of it. And honestly, let's pick 100 random citizens from the city and ask them if they need to get tazed as a test to see if they want to avoid the behavior that gets you tazed. I'm pretty sure a good chunk of the sane people in the community that don't go around wreaking havoc don't need any extra motivation to obey the law so as not to get tazed. This story is a dime a dozen. There will always be someone somewhere griping. You know how it goes... if we shoot 'em, why didn't we taze em. If we taze em, why didn't we hit em w/ the billy club. if we hit em with the billy club, why didn't we fight em hand on hand combat? If we fight em, why didn't we walk away from the situation and be the bigger person? (Mike Mette's in prison for this kind of BS thinking!) There's always something for these nuts to say.

I was glad to see Chuck Olmstead call the guy on it though. That was funny stuff right there. Kudos for that.
