Police investigating break-in at Louis Coleman's office

I remember back in the 90's he and his band of 5 were marching down Broadway (sans permit) with a sign that said CRACK COCAIN KILLS. We advised him that without a permit he needed to be on the sidewalk, although we appreciated his efforts to help stop drugs and by the way there is an "E" at the end of COCAINE. The next time we saw them marching they had shoved an "E" in crookedly but didn't bother to make a new signe so COCAINEKILLS was all one word. Ah Lewis..............
