Might I add that the screwup from the so called "being fired" had to do with calculations of his time on the Dept. because after attending the police academy he was called to active duty by his National Guard Unit. He spent 10 months in the desert protecting OUR rights. Like the other posting said, the letter requesting authorizaton to work off duty was put in and went through the chain of command. Truthfully, he should have sued the Dept for the screw up. Nobody posting here really knows whats
