actually you are wrong on who is involved. If a commanding officer (and I do say IF) is involved in something that goes to his credibility and how his troops follow him or her it effects everyone in the department. Especially in that division, unit or platoon. If (and once again it is an IF) someone brings their problems to work and exposes them they are fair game.
