You are right and you are wrong. Officers are extremely frank with each other. It is the nature of the beast. It is what happens when you put 1300 A-type personalities together. There is going to be some in-fighting. There are a handful of officers that I cannot stand, but I would risk my life to protect them. Weird huh? I would much rather have someone tell me what they think instead of lying to me. Honesty can be harsh. But it is real.
