Spare me...The guy came to the division and threatened to transfer people if they didn't produce enough stats for him, he pretty much forced a great sergeant to transfer to the 2nd because he did not "share my philosophy on disciplining officers who don't produce enough", and now he started all of this stuff listed here. If you want to idolize someone pick a better canidate.
