It's not on Tayler Blvd. It is on Algonquin Pkwy. But this article shows how crooked of a mayor and city council we have. You asked for it voters and you got them...so what ya gonna do now??!!!

People look at whom will make the money off the financing for the development of the land. and there is who jerry took care of.

the main reason that voters keep putting jerry in office is they never see him say that anything is bad. If anything goes wrong he has one of his overpaid spokes persons tell the community what it is. They will say their prepaired statement and say how it is everyone elses fault but not the mayors and how he is doing a great job.

Lets find some more ribbons that he head can cut and say how great a job he is doing for all of us.

For anyone who reads this post, please remember who made all these rash and irrational decisions during the next election. I was floored to hear, after the announcement of a nine million dollar shortage, the first leg of the ring of parks recently opened. Is that not another unnecessary expense that will be accompanied by an overhead of maintaince and upkeep? I cannot imagine why a group of people, republican or democrat, would allow one man to run the city into the ground! It is time we have a new way of thinkng run the city for a change. So far everyone is still holding their breath on a number of promises maded in the last two elections. For the Jerry crowd, when will enough be enough? His voters might have money and live in the east end where they feel immune to crime and social issues, but money will not prevent you from becoming a victim nor will it cure your ever growing drug problem amongst wealthy adolescents. Your money will not protect you from cost of living issues because of fiscal mismanagement. A community is a group of people who live in close geographic proximity to one another and work together for the betterment of the whole. A community does not benefit when ANY segment is treated differently or provided less services in order to benefit anothre part of town. Please people, wake up to our city leaders attitudes and tell them we are done with partisan politics and councilmembers who serve only for their benefit. Priorities of a successful community should be; first a safe city, second, well maintained public roads and services, third, a stable cost of living, and finally entertainment. Mismanagement of city assets and the abuse of a budget where the solution of poor financial handling is a "library tax" that would only hurt middle-class families is not serving the community. Please cut and paste this to everyone in Louisville who vote, we can't keep going at this pace much longer before Louisville, a city I love, loses credibility!

It is kind of funny how much local politics are reflecting State politics. We have a bunch of useless Democrats that spend money without thinking about the future. They don't ever accomplish anything except trying to banter about how important they are. There are lots of things that Jerry Abramson has done that has been documented here on this website and in other news sources that prove exactly what a crook he is.

I just LUV merger. It gets better everyday. WE ARE JUST A BUNCH OF JERRY'S KIDS!

The "funny" thing about all this deficit cause/problem/remedy discussion is the fact that NO ONE has ever brought back up the fact that The Head (jerry) GAVE away a piece of property that had showed a history of maintaining a 10 million dollar profit for a number of years, Naval Ordinance. This fact was even reported, believe or not, by the "Communist Journal" although it was about a two inch by three inch paragraph or so buried on about page 70 something in the forum section which hardly anyone reads. The kicker to all of this is who the beneficiary was of this "generosity" by The Head...a law firm in Tennessee that listed as their contact person for legal matters, none other than our illustrious Mayor Jerry Abramson.

Hey webmaster how about a story on the fact that there was a pursuit at the beginning of the marathon that almost struck a traffic officer, with all the command that was on channel none of them had the balls to say anything, it went all over the course with no air unit. Then to end it, a major had to break policy. Also, the fact that the marathon was at least a seven hour detail for most officers and the department was too tight to give us relief officers. If that was any sign of how this weekend is going to be it will be a free for all!

Most of the people on the Metro Council rode the short bus to school like the toothless ignorant people living in their districts.

If anyone saw the story to the left on the home page where the TX trooper was murdered....A police Helicopter FOUND THE BAD GUY....But we don't need one, we're only the 16th largest city and 26th largest Police dept in the USA.

To this date there has been NO IMPROVEMENTS to the Firearms Training Center. We still flood, still have mold problems and the roof now has three leaks........can someone show me the money ?????
