I agree with my compatriot from the dispatchers side. There was some critical information that was not given to the responding officers that could have made a huge difference. I hope this message is heard and our call takers pry as much info as they can from these callers. In CIT situations we are told not to play into delusions and to not sugar coat anything. What is wrong with asking flat out, "Does he have a gun or have access to firearms?" If the answer is yes then keep asking questions and
