Coming from a Dispatcher's point of view: Was information taken from the complaintant or 911 caller that there were threats made to harm law enforcement officials? Why wouldn't the Wife tell the Dispatchers that her husband had made those threats? Or did she know? From what I understand, she DID know. Did she relay the information to the Dispatchers?
