I agree...sort of. Let them cruise or dont let them cruise.Tell people up front that they either can or cannot. do not wait until 500pm on friday to open up broadway for a few hours and then try to shut it down at night. The command staff made us look like fools last year. So..either take a crap or get off the pot. If YOU let them cruise I say pull all details off broadway and see what mayhem ensues! Might be kind of fun to see the bosses try to explain the chaos and destruction that follows. Better
