I don't get it. For over 30 years there has been a government policy of providing take home cars to the Officers so that they can stop and render assistance if needed and provide extra police presence and provide extra security and all of a sudden the Mayor decides that in order to get back at the police for one reason or another he is going to claim that this program is bankrupting city government? He is saying that none of the stupid things he has done caused any of the problems just the cops
