FOP President Fails To Provide Officer His Attorney of Choice

What a horrible experience it must have been for the Officers to know that they had a politician watching their back for them and campaigning in the hallway instead of calling the attorney they requested. BS Bill BS...........That is just so wrong!

I remember what the keeling brothers did and said to McKenzie the night dave stengel came to speak, does anyone else recall McKenzie being referred to as an embarrassment by the caribou twins? Both of you are the biggest embarrassments we have had to suffer through.

I agree that wasn't right. I went to the debate tonight hoping this topic would be addressed only to find out that all of the questions were screened. Both Keeling and McGuire sat up there like broken records. Keeling saying McGuire was never around and McGuire saying he was never included in anything. The debate was a total waste of time and now I have to pick the lesser of two evils to vote for.

Charles, Drew and Rob.... Thanks for walking the thin blue line between good and evil. No Officer ever thinks they will be put in a situation like that but infortunately it could happen to any of us. I am glad you are all ok. Keep your heads up with the knowledge that good men and women on the police force are the only thing that stands betwen good people and criminals. You guys are all heros in my book!

If anything, I am glad that Mark Miller at least was there to help guide the officers through the process. If nobody else ws called at least he is knowledgeble of what needs to be handled in PIU. He has been there for a lot of guys in the past before we ever had a choice of attorneys. Thanks Mark! Shame on you Bill for not calling Steve up there last night.

You know waht got me was that Keeling just didn't get the fact that most of the people in the room weren't there to support him. John made it clear when he found out about this debate that he had a class and couldn't get oout of it. He stayed as long as he could and when he had to leave, half of the people went with him when they found out that Bill and his buddy David James were going to continue the debate without him. They didn't look around the room, because it was obvious that he wasn't in a Keeling crowd.

I loved it when the old guy Brent said "It Ain't a Debate if there is only one person there!"

Keeling could have been a man about it and stopped the questions then and there, but nooo he kept on answereing one sided questions that nobody could offer a rebuttle to. What a cheap trick. Not that it worked mind you, because the debate ended when John left.

It seems that this last ditch effort of his to ambush John failed miserably because he showed his true colors by interupting John and even the moderator stopped him and told him that it is not proper to sit up there and argue that they had to follow the rules.
