There is definatily a lack of respect for law enforcement officers everywhere. Nowadays even young kids don't even respect police officers, I have more problems with teens and pre-teens from the East End mouthing off to me than adults from the West End. It is a shame that parents these days are not raising their children the right way. If any of my kids ever mouthed off to a police officer their punishment would be ten times worse than anything the officer could have done to them. Its time to get
