One of his spokes-weenies was on the news saying they will appeal it to the Kentucky Supreme Court. At some point you have to ask yourself Mr. Mayor, "Am I just continuing to waste tax dollars?"

He will definitely appeal it. It doesn't matter that he doesn't stand a chance in hell of winning or that the price tag will continue to rise because its not his money.
