I agree whole heartedly. I have been advocating that Officer's start suing when they are injured in accidents or assualted. We got into the legal defense program in 1994 because of the rise of actions and suits taken against us. How is it any different when we are the ones that are attacked? I have read the reoport on this incident and it is a blatant miscarriage of justice.
