No indictment in fatal crash
Given the fact that an indictment usually requires an intentional, wanton, or reckless (disregard for the safety of others) act to fit the element of a crime, the Grand Jury had no other choice. And as for everyone saying his act was reckless, can you imagine the amount of grand jury cases that would be heard if we tried to squeeze the word "reckless" into every act that harmed another person. Running a red light five seconds after it changes is considered reckless. Sliding on a slick road in a Crown Vic that has horrible traction and a light back end (done that plenty of times at normal speeed on slick roads) is an accident. Despite the outward display and lack of community support for the police, I do not know a single LMPD officer that EVER wants to take another person's life, this officer included. If you want to know why this happened, ask God, he' s the only one that knows in the grand sceme of things...

No indictment in fatal crash
He's a squirrell, at least he was at the jail. Can't believe LMPD hired him.
No indictment in fatal crash
Officer Ronald Fey added "wreckless driving" to a charge of "improper turning" listed on a recent citation to punish the driver who was less than friendly but compliant during a traffic stop, he also included "do not amend" in the complaint notes in an effort to remove legal defense options in connection with the completely unfounded wreckless driving charge thereby abusing his authority.
To learn that this officer drove wreckless back in February 2006 while on duty in a patrol car resulting in the death of an 18 year old doesn't surprise me. He was very nasty and acted deliberate in his corrupt actions.
