Well, I know she made several complaints to the EEOC when she was about to be passed during banding. But like I say, I don't condemn her for that. I got some lucy breaks and did good on a couple of tests where I geussed at the answers. You can go up in the merit ranks by studying, and having a desire. Once you get to major or above, then it is strictly sucking up to the right person. I never worried or cared about going that route.
