Another prime example of a low life attorney seeing dollars signs $$$. One million for future wages????? Where did he work?

The article was right! The police used excessive force in trying to stop a robbery suspect that went on an interstate police chase- he should sue for 21 million. After all, none of it was his fault! In turn, our innocent victim, Trent Marion-the idiot, should get sued for 21 million for using excessive force in fleeing from the police PLUS the cost to chase, apprehend, incarcerate, and convict. Oh yea, the cost of bullets. Seems to me he owes Indiana and Kentucky tax payers money.

I am going to wait and see, what the video tape shows. If it clearly shows that he had his hands up and had surrendered, then the Indiana officers fired, well that is a horse of another color. If not, well then hopefully he will get the "reward" he deserves. Either way, lets how it plays out, because pretty soon, we will need to have our own personal liability insurance.

I have an idea of how to prevent this from ever happening again. DON'T RUN FROM THE POLICE... GET A JOB AND YOU WOULD NOT BE SUBJECT TO GET SHOT OR GO TO JAIL. If he would not have robbed two supermarkes then he would not have to worry about getting shot. I am sick and tired of the community blaming the public or the government for their individual behvavior. NO you chose to rob the store and run from the police. You deserved a lot more then that. and now you want to sue. 37 years old and you are running from the police. That is what children do. MAYBE THEY SHOUD HAVE TASED HIM...It could have shock him enought to grow up. Am I mad? YES, I am mad. I am in the military and I have been to Iraq twice for me to leave my family and go and fight for our country with people like MR. Marion just makes me very angry. I think the courts should make him pay for his time served in jail.. all of his meals, cigarettes, clothes, every thing, he should have to pay for the dirt he walks on.
